This service is offered to customers who have completed the Architecture & Design Process Optimization Assessment service and have received the Optimization Report. The report contains a roadmap of specific actions and recommendations based on information derived from the Architecture & Design Process Optimization Assessment offering.  PE Services will work hand in hand with our client in a combination of training, consulting and mentoring services to implement the actions and recommendations in the Optimization Report.
